Publications 2/3:
Redesigning The Lancer Ledger
Ms. Kohmuench’s Course Project
Possible Points: 1000 |
|
Objective:
 |
Students will
redesign a sample Lancer Ledger with the goal of improving the design
of the paper. |
REDESIGN PROJECT:
You will be working on assigned pages of an edition of the Lancer Ledger
to improve the quality of the layout. Prior to beginning the redesign
project, you are to read completely a handout on Newspaper Design.
When you design, you
DO NOT have to rewrite all the articles and headlines or take new
photos, etc. The focus of this project is layout and design. You are NOT
to use any layout previously used in the Lancer Ledger. To improve the
quality of our newspaper, you must use your creativity skills. You will
present your pages, using the smart board.
DIRECTIONS:
The following sections must be included in your Redesign Presentation
Proposal. You will turn in one copy to me prior to your oral
presentation. A copy of your redesign will be given out to both
