Portable Document Format (.pdf):
This is the format used for many documents that are displayed on the
web. Think of it as a picture of a document. This is ideal so that
you don't lose any of the formatting. If you have the Adobe Acrobat
program, you can make changes in a PDF file. Otherwise, the free
Adobe Acrobat Reader program is available free on the net.
When used for data retrieval, it can be emailed or printed and
